This morning I was litterly Dragged out of bed to attend an assembly this morning.
Everyone was wearing uits and i was wearing my grey pants and a baseball long sleve kinda shirt and black converse...hair all a mess...

It seemed no one seemed to tell Nic and I that there was an assembly in dedecation to the earthquake visktims this past week....There a bit late for it...by atleast a week....

But as we all stood and the assembly was all in chinese...one of the teachers tell me " how much will you DONATE?" ..I was in a bit of awe..all because.....no one told me to bring money or donate....
Luckly Nic had some money and as we all put our money in the box on stage, a film crew made sure to capture the foreigners supporting china...and the bussness men made sure to flash the "red" as they put it in the box.
People were donating by the hundreds * american conversion*
The other students had envelops with the amout writen on them and they flashed it and put it in the box.
the hiest i saw was atleast 4,000 American $....
thats alot..and from one class..
i can say the school made atleast 15-20 thousand dollers for the aid ........

My concern is...china showed NO concern what so ever about the incident UNTILL AFTER..the torch relay they had this past weekend...Yea its all fucking exciting that china gets the god damn olympics....but your country should come first when it comes to a natural disaster!!! ...im sorry but it kinda irks me alot......
everyone was all gung ho about the tourch....I went and i wished i stayed home because the only thing i got was hott as fuck, hit by 3 BIKES...which anoyed the fuck outa me..were in the crowd with hundreds of people.....and it was just chaos......pure chaos at the relay....
then soem of the teachers have the nerve to be pissed off at americans for only donating 200,000 $ to the aid...but im sorry did china donate anything when we had the new orleans flood?..i dont think so....
personaly if everyone in china * which there are BILLIONS OF PEOPLE* Donated 1 american doller...7 RMB....it can feed one person a day....ONE PERSON A DAY.....
but they dont...its just....mind boggling how chian is handelign this. Dnt get me wrong what they have been doing is great and amazing and showing tons of courage....but still...why wate a week to start helping now?.....better lete then never....
they even finaly put the flag at half mass today...why didnt they do it the day the earthquake hit....

ah well im not gona rant anymore. i feel it makes me sound racist or something which im not because i fucking LOVE being in this country, and prefer to live in chian over america anyday...but once you do acutalylive outside your own country you can see how ...helpful america really is to the other places in the world...Except iraq....the fucking war is fucked up..gas 4 $ * is that fucking true!!!?*...so i dono....i take my chances with china...
